The proposals made for this restaurant emphasized the Latin / Roman character considering local targeting of Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. We appealed to the specific color flag,  the symbol of Italian origin (the tower of Pisa, Romanian helmet), the old form of the letter “a”, but we also have illustrated the concept of 'open' (translation of “Aperto” in the Roman language).
